Peter has worked in Digital Gaming and Learning for 20 years and is Co-Founder and Production Director at Sub-10.

Peter has worked across the UK, Europe and the USA and has led teams to create award winning products for Caspian Learning, Ubisoft and SAI Global, and customer brands that include Airbus, Allianz, Vodafone, Coca Cola, Allied Irish Bank and SABIC.

At Sub-10, Peter oversees the production and overall quality of everything that Sub-10 produces.

Angela Ross

Co-Founder & Creative Director

Angela is a multi-award winning Senior Instructional Designer, and Co-Founder and Creative Director at Sub-10.

Originally from a teaching background, Angela has worked across the UK, Europe and USA for Vodafone, Airbus, NATS, Allianz, Irish Allied Bank and more.

Angela's has overall control of the creative vision of the company, her ideas-led approach leading all analysis, design and evaluation phases with Sub-10 clients.

Michelle Hubchen

Digital Production Director

Michelle has worked in Learning and Development for 20 years.

With a background in Industrial Psychology & Corporate Coaching, Michelle is a member of the British Psychological Society and Chartered Management Institute.

Michelle has focussed on Programme and Project management since 2015, delivering for Adidas, Bang & Olufsen, SwissRe, Novartis, Kering across Europe and the UK. Michelle herself has designed and created learning interventions and has delivered face-to-face training too.

At Sub-10, Michelle's focus is overseeing the creation of endlessly fresh and enjoyable learning experiences for each learner.

Kev Price

Kev Price

Chief Product Officer

Kev has more than 15 years business experience. From co-founding a full service digital agency in 2007 he then transitioned to digital tech products co-founding back to back start-ups. Both companies, Reframed and Ricochet, were backed by investment from both angels and VCs, the latter being successfully acquired in December 2020.

Prior to founding businesses Kev got a degree in Physics, worked freelance as a developer/programmer and online marketer then went on to work at a few digital agencies in the North East.

At Sub-10, Kev is responsible for product delivery.
