Peter has worked across the UK, Europe and the USA and has led teams to create award winning products for Caspian Learning, Ubisoft and SAI Global. Working with customer brands that include Airbus, Allianz, Vodafone, Coca Cola, Allied Irish Bank and ExxonMobil.
Peter's passions are his family, music, ice hockey (Detriot Redwings), football and cinema.
Angela is a multi-award winning Senior Instructional Designer, and Co-Founder and COO at Sub-10.
Originally from a teaching background, Angela has worked across the UK, Europe and USA for Vodafone, Airbus, NATS, Allianz, Irish Allied Bank and more.
Angela has overall control of the creative vision of the company, her ideas-led approach leading all analysis, design and evaluation phases with Sub-10 clients.
Ellie is a Graphic Designer with a decade of experience in print and digital design, branding and identity, and motion design.
She previously led the Design Team at eLearning company GCSEPod, delivering bold visuals, fun and engaging design, and award-winning video content.
Her freelance work spans creative design for musicians, branding for arts organisations and environmental campaign groups, and motion graphics for business conferences.
Outside of design, Ellie loves growing too many houseplants, taking care of her chickens, and sea-swimming far too late in the year.
John is a multi-award winning Senior Instructional Designer with over twenty years’ experience of researching and writing online courses that address complex ethics and compliance issues.
Originally a classroom trainer at a leading UK energy company, John has collaborated with many different stakeholders, in a variety of business sectors, across the UK, US and Europe.
At Sub-10, John defines and implements the instructional design processes that enable the creation of emotive learning content for clients and the Sub-10 platform.
Izzy is emerging in the field of e learning and is and instructional designer for Sub-10.
Her previous role involved writing, designing and creating online continuing professional development content for various medical professionals, specifically those who own their own private practices. Her primary focus being HR principles and compliance courses.
In her spare time she enjoys listening to music, going to the gym, and travelling as often as possible.
Daisy has been in e-learning for over 15 years, specialising in Learning Management Systems and deployment programs.
Having worked across many platforms, Daisy has deployed hundreds of courses to thousands of users with some of the most recognisable brands including ABB, MAN, adidas, Coca-Cola, and Shell. She managed global teams in implementing LMS’ and created processes that streamlined customer’s needs into live programs.
In her spare time, Daisy loves long walks with her dogs, cooking new recipes, reading, and running.
Kev has more than 15 years business experience. From co-founding a full service digital agency in 2007 he then transitioned to digital tech products co-founding back to back start-ups. Both companies, Reframed and Ricochet, were backed by investment from both angels and VCs, the latter being successfully acquired in December 2020.
Prior to founding businesses Kev got a degree in Physics, worked freelance as a developer/programmer and online marketer then went on to work at a few digital agencies in the North East.
At Sub-10, Kev is responsible for product delivery.

Daniel Garcia Rodriguez is a certified Prince2 project manager.
Daniel has worked for reputable companies, including American Express and Liberty International, where he opened lines of communication between clients, customers, and businesses to achieve project success.
For hobbies, he enjoys trying new sports and has a passion for travel, exploration and photography.
Tim has more than 10 years industry experience with developing software and technology. He previously ran his own music technology company TA Programming full time as a CTO. Prior to this, he has worked various contracts and was a web developer at Cambridge Audio.
In his spare time, he enjoys watching films, writing music, playing the Violin, Synthesizers, and Singing, along with a spot of designing circuit boards.
Jen has more than 10 years marketing experience, with four years in the training and education sector.
She has worked across a suite of digital and offline channels. In her previous role, she worked at the UK’s largest provider of STEM education where she delivered marketing and communications to primary teachers.
In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, live music and hitting the slopes to practice skiing.
Since joining the Industry in 2018, Joe found that building software was his way forward to form his career path. Originally from Cardiff, Joe is keen to see what new technical challenges await him and what new doors to opportunity can be opened solving them. He recalls has been a creative person since he was young.
Joe is new to travelling, and hopes to spend more time living and experiencing in places he's yet to visit
